Sunday evening reflectionsAdvent-service-square

Maintaining balance through the days leading up to Christmas isn’t easy. But we’ve created the perfect one-hour space to sit and breathe. Join us for a short contemplative service with music and poetry and silences at 5 p.m. each Sunday in Advent, Dec. 3, 10, 17 and 24.

Our beautiful sanctuary is the perfect place to celebrate “the reason for the season” in peace and quiet.

Gift Basket Auction, Sunday, Dec. 10

Do your Gift-Basket-Auction-rectangleChristmas shopping with coffee in hand after our 11 a.m. service! Sign your bids, no auctioneers we promise! Take home one or two of the gift baskets lovingly created and donated by our members – they’re lovely to give, and lovely to keep for yourself! Wine, bath bombs, books, homemade goodies, home decor – baskets run the gamut from to silly to indulgent. All proceeds to support Good Shepherd and our ministries.

Advent Lessons & Carols service, Sunday, Dec. 17

This is the Sunday we look forward to all year, when our amazing choir, directed by the incomparable Randy Benway, brings the contemplative spirit of Advent into our hearts with music. Just what we need to pull us away from the hustle of The Holidays and into the love and light of Emmanuel, yes?
